Warranty

Your Tetsuo branded items are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from purchase from us or an authorised seller. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our guarantee covers the repair or replacement (at our discretion) of your product. We will endeavour to do this as quickly as possible. For the guarantee to be honoured you will need to inform us within 7 days of the manufacturing defect becoming apparent and provide proof of your purchase. We may then request you to return the item to us.

What is not covered by our guarantee:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Accidental damage;
• Damage from external sources;
• Faults caused by faulty assembly or installation, negligent use/misuse or neglect.

In the event of a guarantee claim please email us at info@tetsuo.com detailing when and where you purchased the item and what the fault is. We will respond as soon as possible with information about what to do next.
