Warranty Duration

Tetsuo branded products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase from us or an authorized seller. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers the repair or replacement (at our discretion) of your product. We strive to complete this process as quickly as possible. To validate the warranty, you must inform us within 10 days of the manufacturing defect becoming apparent and provide proof of purchase. We may request you return the item to us.

Definition of Manufacturing Defects

A manufacturing defect is any issue with the product resulting from production errors that affect its normal functionality.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Damage from external sources.
  • Faults caused by incorrect assembly or installation, negligent use, or misuse.

Examples of negligent use include using the product for purposes other than recommended or not following maintenance instructions.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, email us at garantia@tetsuo.com detailing when and where you purchased the item, along with a description of the defect and your order number. Attach any relevant documentation. We will respond as soon as possible with instructions on the next steps.

If necessary, we will provide the address and shipping details for the defective product.

Post-Claim Assistance

After receiving your claim, we will evaluate the product and inform you of the estimated response time and the repair or replacement process.
