- Smooth customs handling: All international shipments are processed with a digital commercial invoice (VAT 0%), making delivery easier at destination. Any import taxes or duties, if applicable, are handled directly by the customer in their country of receipt.

After this period, the order enters the logistics phase and can no longer be modified.

If an address change is requested after this period, any additional costs (handling, reshipping, or fees imposed by DHL or other couriers) will be fully borne by the customer.

-Return period: 30 days from delivery.

-Product condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

-Full refund: If the above conditions are met, you’ll receive a full refund for the product.

You’ll receive a prepaid DHL shipping label and instructions.

Drop off your package at the nearest DHL center.

Note: Return shipping costs are covered only in cases of Tetsuo’s error (wrong, defective, or missing item). In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
